Participants:
Females aged between 18 and 45 at low risk of
acquiring HIV
Study outline
This is a phase I study to assess the safety
and effectiveness of a gp140 vaccine which will
be given by three different routes – injection in a muscle,
via the nose (drops) or vaginally (a gel). Everyone will
receive three vaccinations but by one of four different
combinations of these routes.
